User Agreement

Introduction

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Spatial. By accessing or using Spatial, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on Spatial, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this Agreement.

Use of Services

By using Spatial, you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
  • Use our platform in any manner that disrupts or damages our operations.
  • Access or attempt to access unauthorized areas of our systems.
  • Misuse Spatial’s services in a way that harms other users or third parties.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Payments and Transactions

  • Transactions are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Credits are priced at 0.10 USD.
  • A transaction fee of 3.3% + 0.30 USD applies to all credit transactions.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transactions.

Limitation of Liability

Spatial is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spatial disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spatial operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of Spatial constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
